This mark was designed for a mowing and landscaping company. During our initial consultation, the client had just one restriction for creating his new design–he did not want a picture of a lawnmower. One of my favorite parts of this logo is the leaf shape inside the “D”. Not only does it define the inside space of the letter, it is slightly in the shape of a “P” which stands for his first name-Paul.

This new logo falls into into the category of logo and illustrated brand character. This company specializes in websites, media and video production and they wanted their branding to be based on their company mascot. Here’s what we came up with:

During my initial discussion with this client, he expressed first off that he had thought about it for a long time, but he just didn’t know what he was looking for, but he needed a new design. I wasn’t sure where my ideas would go, but I was pretty sure it wouldn’t be a good idea to make the new logo green with some sort of dollar sign or money symbol. I proposed several concepts—Here is the logo that was chosen:
This logo was done for a Christian counseling ministry, and was based on a pastor’s dream detailing how he felt God wanted him to help people through the ministry. The symbol between the words “Soul Gardener” was designed specifically to illustrate the Pastor’s vision.
